For the Love of Alberta: Join the Movement
Hello Alberta Friends,
Do you have your Alberta Flag hanging proudly in front of your home? Are you showing the beautiful blue and gold to your friends and neighbours with pride? As we approach Alberta Day on September 1, we encourage all Albertans to display their flag as a visible symbol of our shared identity and commitment to one another.
Let’s show the world what it means to call Alberta home first—our land, our people, our dreams—all woven together by the blue and gold of our flag and the spirit of our communities. We believe in putting Alberta first, supporting our neighbours here at home, and working to ensure they thrive, even through the toughest of times.
Imagine this:
Driving through any Alberta town or city and seeing flags waving from every home, every balcony, and every business. Neighbours greeting each other with smiles. Families and friends gathered in a shared sense of pride. This is more than a flag—it’s a declaration of love for our land, our people, our freedom, and our future. It’s about showing the world that Alberta stands united.
And this year, let’s take it one step further. Share your pride by posting your “For the Love of Alberta” video on your preferred social media platform while showing your Alberta flag in the background or send us your photo submission. Together, we can help the rest of the world see the Faces of Alberta—strong, proud, and united under the blue and gold.
September 1 is Alberta Day. Let’s make it a day everyone will remember.

The Alberta Prosperity Project is a non-profit group that helps Albertans learn about and support Alberta’s independence. We believe Albertans should have more control over their own decisions, instead of being held back by unfair federal rules and laws. Our main goal is to achieve greater freedom, stronger rights, and a better future for all Albertans by becoming an independent nation.
We stand for personal freedom, respect for the rule of law, lower taxes, and a stronger local economy. We believe Albertans should decide how to use their own natural resources, manage their healthcare and education, and protect their rights and freedoms without federal interference.
We educate people about the possibilities, process towards secession and more through public events, information campaigns, and partnerships with community groups. The APP does not support violence or illegal activity of any kind.
Our mission is to help Albertans understand what sovereignty and independence could look like and why it could lead to a more fair and prosperous province for future generations.
