What are APP’s thoughts on property rights and self defense?

Published: Updated:

Presently, as the former federal Minister of Justice, David Lametti, stated, “Canadians do not have the right to own property”.  Unfortunately, this is true under the Canadian Constitution. For example, if you think that you own your home, just don’t pay your taxes and you will find out who really owns your home.  It is the expectation of APP that a Sovereign Alberta would enshrine property rights in a new Alberta Constitution and ensure that property of any kind is not taxed.
