Alberta Constitution: What happens when we secede – in transition and after?

The APP is recommending the use of a proposed “Interim Constitution” to transition from a province within Canada to a sovereign Country. 

During the transition, it is expected that a full Constitutional Conference will be held with all stakeholders represented to define the final constitution and form of government. It is expected that one or more proposals will arise from the conference which would then be voted on by the public.
